After returning from one tour in the U.S. Navy in 1985, John Adolfi began his real estate career at the family owned and operated Adolfi Real Estate, Inc. in Phoenix, N.Y. He has specialized in HUD homes since 1988 and is broker and owner of his father's legacy.

The idea of a museum came to Adolfi in 1992 while contemplating the height of King David’s arch enemy Goliath and considered if others would equally be interested to gaze upon a man nearly 10ft. tall. This fascination grew into its present state and formation of the Lost World Museum.

Mr. Adolfi currently lives in Granby, N.Y. with his wife Christen and their black lab Moo-Moo.
